Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.


WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Shipping Fees

We offer shipping at the following rates:

  • Standard : 08~10 DAYS

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.


Order Status  

  • Due to the volume of orders we process, we cannot cancel an order once it's been placed - especially on Launch days.
  • All orders come with shipping and tracking information! Please check your emails for updates.
  • Please allow 48 hours for tracking to be updated.
  • We advise to sign up for e-mail notifications through the final tracking information to ensure you receive real-time updates for your package's last location.
  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking information we provide, please contact the last available courier for more information.

Refused Packages

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. We will deduct shipping fees from your invoice for orders marked as undeliverable, refused, or insufficient address. Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages will be refunded minus all shipping charges and $8 undeliverable fee, which will be deducted from your original payment. Please place a new order with correct shipping address/information if you would like your items re-sent.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders. For information about customs process:

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
  • Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
  • Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
